To Our Dearest Clients
We find ourselves in difficult times dealing with the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We want you to know that safety and well-being are our priority. We are actively monitoring COVID-19 status and regulations and taking steps to provide a clean and safe environment. Please visit http://www.cdc.gov for Health and Safety information.
1. We use the best sanitation techniques with medical grade cleansing solutions, treatment masks and sanitizers.
2. After each client, all implements and the treatment areas are cleaned with a germicide, pseudomonacide, fungicide and virucide (kills viruses) solutions.
3. We follow CDC guidelines for hand washing techniques.
4. We require all clients to be on time for their appointments and ONLY one client will be allowed in the office and only at the time of their appointment.
5. An appointment will need to be rescheduled if the client has a cold, cough, sneezing or a fever (100.4) or any symptoms listed at http://www.cdc.gov
6. Hand sanitizer will be dispensed upon entering and leaving the office, if preferred, client may bring your own and must use in our presence.
7. Office staff will wear treatment masks throughout client treatment along with non-latex gloves.
8. Non-clients (including children) or clients without an appointment will not be permitted in the office.
9. Client must refrain from storing their payment source on your body as body fluids can transfer to these items.
10. Office staff will let clients in and out of office to prevent client from touching the door knobs. Also, please avoid touching items within the office.
11. To reduce exposure, you may bring only one (1) personal item to your appointment.

Covid-19 Client Responsibility
1. Only one client will be allowed in the office each time, for the convenience of all clients , you must be on time for your appointment.
If we are unable to perform your treatment due to your tardiness, you must pay for the entire cost of the treatment.
2. You must reschedule if you have a cold, cough, sneezing, or a fever (100.4) or any symptoms listed at http://www.cdc.gov
3. You must wear a mask (No Cloth Mask Allowed) to your appointment and please bring your own pen to sign receipt.
4. To minimize exposure, only one personal item may be brought to your appointment. Also, please avoid contact with items within the
office and please do not touch the door knobs, we will let you in and out of the office.
5. Hand sanitizer will be dispensed before and after all treatments; if preferred, you may bring and use your own in our presence.
6. Non-clients or those without an appointment will not be permitted in office; please do not bring your kids.
7. Please refrain from storing your payments on your body as body fluids can transfer to such items
8. Proof of COVID vaccine is required if treating facial areas.
